I saw them and immediately thought they were great.Wearing them? They fit as great as they look!. I don't think I'll use them as my everyday hiking boots solely for the fact that I don't want to wear them out. but I think they would be just fine. I just need to be honest about my shoe size when I am ordering something that will hold my comfort level hostage. They used to have great arch support, comfort, and the Teva Event Shield trail running shoes stuck like glue to slippery surfaces, were super comfy and made excellent hiking shoes. So when they stopped making them for some stupid reason and mine stopped being waterproof, I bought these Forge Pros with confidence and tested them out on the wet flagstones right outside my door. I slipped right away and nearly did a face plant while going up a slight incline. Their new spidey rubber is for the birds. Not to mention the fact that the insides were sown improperly and the lining was bunched up, the fronts weren't mirror images of each other, those lace holders dug into my foot when it was bent, they have zero arch support, and they just aren't comfy. Sent them back in a hurry. If you really don't wanna slip, try Roclites.
