The material is very similar to canvas, the stitching is also heavy duty and hasn't frayed or failed. I've overfilled it with too many cards and also cash. At present I've got ten cards crammed in a few ten pound notes. The only reason I've replaced it is the elastic strap that helps stop cards sliding out has worn out and that's probably due to me stretching it too far due to overfilling the wallet. Overall 5 stars, excellent value and top quality. Highly recommended. I've included some photos of the old wallet to show how well it's physically held up.
