We compared it to the cheaper $20 version (I cant recall the brand but its here on amazon) and this thing blows it out of the water. We were at high elevation with mist, wind, and light rain, and this thing boiled water fast. It has far more burners than the cheaper brands, and so far the igniter has not been an issue. It folds down to almost nothing and fits nicely inside our cook pot. Our pot is a bit larger than the stove itself, so we picked up a fuel can stabilizer and everything was stable. We have had zero issues with stability or functionality. Its worth the money knowing that your equipment will not fail on the trail.
