Now available for purchase in smaller amounts for filling or repairing fine couches, cushions, jackets, sleeping bags and more. These fillings are prepackaged in down proof pillow shells in boxes ready to ship. Please note down is available only in 1 pound batches, whereas feather blends are only available in 5 pound batches (except Grey Duck Feathers sold in 25 pound boxes). We cannot sell in smaller or larger units on the site, however you can add multiple quantities to an order. Please note any feathers in the feather blends are 6 CM or smaller. All fillings have been processed in our Cincinnati facility and are Hypoallergenic. In terms of how much filling to use - sometimes we suggest browsing our pillow or pillow form section and seeing the weights used in those items with their specific fillings. Because items can vary in size so much - whether it be a couch cushion or a jacket, we cannot offer exact advice. Sometimes, you can also buy an item in the clearance section and simply use a razor blade to remove the filling out of it (This works great when you only need a little filling).

    A 2nd life for flattened feather pillows!!!

I wasn’t sure about this, but thought I had little too lose since new furniture is way more expensive. I used this to add fill to my couch & loveseat pillows that had lost their volume and support over the years, like other reviewers.Problem solved ! Very pleased with the result and so glad I took the gamble.I bought 2 orders and was able to do 5 large pillows & 4 Medium pillows & two small pillows & had a little left over. Note: I was adding to existing feather fill, not working from scratch.It comes packed in a pillow case which was fine by me. Just cut open and stuff away.

I had a very large project of removing feathers poking through sofa fabric.  I searched Google for top rated furniture- grade fill and this vendor popped up.  I ordered several boxes (love that the fill comes  in what could be ready-to-use pillows!)The fill is EXCELLENT!! My husband is a tough customer as he adores laying on the sofa, and he noticed  the improvement immediately.I would highly recommend this product.  I need to order more as now I have 2more chairs to finish!

    From Pancake to Poof Pillows

This bulk fill was great for re-stuffing my couch pillows. The pillows had lost many of their feathers over the years and turned into flat pancakes. I was shocked at how much it would cost to use real down. This product worked just as well for my purpose, but at a much lower cost. I bought one order and then reordered when I saw how far it went. I was able to re-stuff for large couch back pillows and four medium sized pillows with 1 and 1/2 orders so I still have some left over. The only thing I didn't like is having to cut the bag the fill arrived in. It comes stuffed in a giant pillow case that is sewn shut.
