Note that you do have to "scoop" anything out, so it's best for things you don't want to look like a perfect slice on a plate. It would serve a large group/party any kind of dessert. You can also use it for pre-packaged items to make your kitchen look prettier. I keep granola bars/snacks by the kitchen door to grab on the way out to work and errands. I transferred them to this and it actually looks cute, not clashy/trashy. Better than granola bar boxes on the counter.
