In combination with another supplement I take with a fairly large caplet type shape, it was too big for the average everyday pill holder. This organizer was just the ticket! It fits 4 large capsules, 2 average vitamin-size caplets, as well as a couple of smaller tablets with room for more. The locks are easy to use and the tops are spring loaded to open easily. The colors and large print makes it super easy to tell days apart if you take different medications on different days.
