It was easy to cut one of the cords leading to my (on/off only) led lights, strip the wires from one end, and attach to the screw-down terminals using a small screwdriver...to attach the power supply to the LED strip. Worked great the first time. I like that it has ETL/Intertek certification, which means it has undergone safety testing, unlike a lot of the other cheap Chinese equivalents. Where the wires attach, there is good clamp-down strain relief, which adds another element of safety probably required for ETL.
