They smell funny but they smell great. Been cooking them into everything. Pasta, on pizza, throw them into your coffee blender for a nice cup of hot coffee. Excellent heat that subsides quickly. Favorite pepper now. Recommend segregating a handful into another container to inhibit mold. Your gross fingers have bacteria on them.
