Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced yogi in kundalini, this is a must have book. This is not a book to read and put away. This is a book that will be right next your mat that you will use again and again. If you are new to yoga this is a different type of yoga, not hatha yoga. It is good for the body but what it does for the mind is fabulous. You can change your outlook and have so much clarity just after one 20 minute kriya.

This book has clearly written yoga sets to follow. I use it everyday for my practice. I am learning a tremendous amount. It is the best book I have on Kundalini Yoga sets. I would only suggest that you get the copy with the plastic binding. This is easier to open from page to page. However, each set designates a different part of the physical and subtle system that is being affected by the practice. Very clear and simple explanations An excellent investment if you want to start your own practice at home.
