**Q: What kind of battery and is it replaceable?**
A: YES.  The battery replacement is: SR626SW 377 1.5V

**Q: Wrong time. How to change time?**
A: There is a small knob on the side.  Pull out, change time, push in.  Unfortunately you have to take the clock off of whatever it's on the change the time.  It seems to stick OK after it's reattached.

**Q: Does it make a ticking sound?**
A: they seem totally silent to me.  I didn't lay my ear on them in a silent room, but on the dash where I put it I have never heard a sound.

**Q: Battery life for this device**
A: Won’t stick on a boat dashboard, depends on the composition of the material covering the dash
