I worked around blood and body fluids for a long time. These are tough stains to remove, especially if it is old and super dried on. This product is better than concentrated Zout (which I love and still use). In-combination, not a drop of months-old, highly saturated blood stains survive. I use a half cup of this product with pre-treatment with Zout and put it all in HOT water and it works. Warm or cold too, but cold seems to lag a bit. My sheets come out bright and fresh. Work clothes with ground in red-clay mud come out perfect. Perspiration stains disappear. I haven't tried the product on baby clothes but I would bet it works fabulously. It runs circles around a famous oxygen bleach, available at the supermarket. One problem: It doesn't come with directions.
