Not sure if this is a mistake or a intentional scam, but the phone is not genuine - check any other website for details of this phone or YouTube reviews (looks the same but differences). Secondly the images clearly show dual sim functionality however the phone does not have this functionality. On realising this I checked the fine print in the product description which describe 1 SIM functionality only.Last thing to note is the phone comes with no branding on the packages or box. Reno or Opposite is not mentioned or branded anywhere - so at worst case this is a scam, and best case a very old version of the phone with grossly misleading pictures.No time really to return and get another phone as I just need this to received texts; but, Amazon, if you read this would appreciate a refund or gift voucher - thanks. ### ⭐ Cheap but flimsy *by T***K on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 4 December 2021* Sim card area bent when putting in the sim card, rendering the sim stuck. In taking the sum out the sim area cracked.No instructions either apart from a small slip of badly worded English which was no use and offered no assistance on inserting sim or sd cards. ### ⭐ Worst phone ever bought *by C***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 6 December 2021* Needed another phone that was basic, cheaper than the usual. Found this…. What a waste of money. It doesn’t take any sim cards in, it doesn’t connect to the internet well. Not a good phone at all.
