Is it squishy enough to be comfortable on incisions after rotator cuff surgery?** A: I was going to have rotator cuff surgery ,so I ordered these ice packs ! After I had the surgery I tried to use them and could not they were too hard not flexible enough with the incisions that I had So I had to have somebody pick different ones up that we’re flexible. **Q: Can I buy extra ice packs?** A: I don't know why people are having different experiences, but when I bought mine the additional ice pack is actually listed with the "sling", like how you would see a size option. Maybe it's a different devices issue. I'm using the android app. **Q: Can i buy just the ice pack somewhere? so i have a spare to put in the freezer. i want one the same size/shape.** A: Not that I know of. I bought 2 narrower ones and put them in when I needed more cold time. That worked fine. (Rester's Choice 5 x 10) **Q: Once the ice pack is frozen does it stay flexible enough to conform to the shoulder?** A: Sort of yes but much better than a hard pack. It softens up quite quickly while staying cold. I do find I have to some times hold it down if I am trying to do the very top "corner" of the shoulder by the top of the arm.
