It came packed very tightly on two pallets and it was easy to unpack and move into my house thru a standard doorway. Its comfortable and it looks cool, what more is there to say? ### ⭐⭐⭐ You either sacrifice looks or comfort for the other, and this set strikes the middle ground... *by G***E on December 6, 2015* Positives: Price is a steal compared to similar alternatives. Huge layout for six people comfortably or seven at a little snug. Very versatile with 5 separate pieces to change or adjust to your space. Microfiber seat cushions with velvet backing are quite comfortable materials. Around 13 throw pillows line the entire sectional and are individual.Negatives: Only 3 headrests altogether, The legs must be manually drilled on at 4 screws per leg (there are no pre-drilled holes). 20 Legs x 4 screws = 80 screws to drill. The chrome metal leg anti-slip does not grip tile very well. No latch for the ottoman to attach to any of the arrangements.Experience: The seller was fantastic and contacted me right away. They were pleasant and thorough about my order. When the order arrived there is a lot to unpack... A LOT. It took a few hours to get everything unwrapped and there is a lot of wrapping material to throw out. The legs were the worst experience. 80 screws to install the legs with no pre-drilled holes, so a power drill is an absolute must. Even at that it will take quite some time to get them all on. My sofa came with a 1/2 inch slice on the rear backing, but rather than return it after all the unpacking I decided to live with it. On my tile flooring, the ottoman slides when I lay out on it, a throw rug will alleviate this. Looks fantastic, is relatively comfortable. You either sacrifice looks or comfort for the other, and this set strikes the middle ground which is what I was going for. I get compliments on it all the time. While my living space is big, this set actually fills it floating in the middle. The set is huge so make sure to take measurements and compare them to the measurements listed. It's about 11 feel long at it's longest and 9 feet at it's shortest.
