Time will tell if mosture gets in *by T***S on October 7, 2024* TL DR; Happy with the results. Looks good. Installed flush (folks have stated differently). So this went into a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 quad-cab. Fit and fitment were good. The first few pictures shows the end-results. No issues after taking it on a 500 mi road trip, all worked well. I searched a long time to figure out which ones to get, Landed on these as (at the time) were shipped and sold by Amazon and knew I could return w/o hassle.. Total time took about 1 hour. This particular unit is where it will re-use your own halogen lights, but provides a new blinker bulb/assembly (if I remember correctly). Anyhow, the idea was that if I eventually wanted LED headlights, I can choose what type and how bright, color, etc. So I did not opt for the headlights that had LED integrated as the main headlamp. When installing, I ran into only one challenge. As can be seen in the pictures with the grommet in the back well of the headlight assembly cavity, there is a grommet that needs to be removed, as the new headlights come with this grommet attached to the assembly. This might-be why others have complained they don't sit flush. Do this and the definitely will. Also, there is the "control" box that contains the electronics for the sequential turn signal and daytime running lights. There are several mount clips (see pic) as well as 3M sticky-tape/pad on the back of the unit. Mount where it makes sense. I just winged it. Finally, for those wondering, you could make the DRLs on all the time while the vehicle is turned on with key, but need to wire the brown wire (in the center of the connector) to key-on power to make that happen otherwise, you need to turn on the parking lights for the DRL's to light up.
