Like a xxxl person?** A: I think they would be too tight. My thigh is 17" where the top band sits and they were uncomfortably tight on me. **Q: What size knee will this fit?** A: they were uncomfortably tight on me and were difficult to even pull up to where they should sit. They are kinda puffy at the knee part but the thigh band is tight. Where the top sat my thigh is 17". Beware they do not massage although they say it does in the headline.
