It fits reasonably well. I am a thin with a small chest, so I can't really tighten it down enough not to move as I ride. It also is too short for the strap to sit on my hips to help carry the weight of the pack--it sits at m waist. That said I really like it. The hydration bladder has never leaked, never. My spouse and kid both have name brand hydration packs that leak like crazy, but mine NEVER does.
