The 1st time 1 sent it back because could not push down on mouse properly and was missing piece to connect to computer/lap top to be able to use it. The 2nd one I ordered was able to push down on the mouse but was still missing the mouse connecter to be able to use it. Thank god I had an old connecter that worked with it otherwise I would have had to send it back too. These mouses and its contents in their boxes need to be double checked before shipping out to customer. A bit ridiculous that the main part has been missing both times I ordered it! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ UPDATED Review *by V***L on July 22, 2016* I've had this mouse for 1 month and it stopped working.I tried troubleshooting it and replacing the batteries to no avail. Very disappointing!9/9/16 Edit:The company contacted me after they read my dissatisfied review and went above & beyond to send me a replacement. I've had the new mouse for 3 days and so far it's working well. I've upped my star rating from a 1 to a 3 for great customer service. I will update my review again in a month.10/11/16 Edit:The new mouse works better than the first. It's a battery killer though. After 2 weeks of use I had to replace the batteries. Another 2 weeks after that (today) it's becoming unresponsive, meaning I'll need to replace the batteries again. Honestly, this is a mild inconvenience compared to the first mouse. I'm switching to rechargeable batteries and don't mind replacing them every couple of weeks. I leave the colored lights off most of the time to save the battery and I've yet to change it! I don't know why people have complained about the battery life; mine is lasting an impressively long time for the amount of use I'm putting it through. People also complained that the switch only turns the lights off, not the mouse, but after a few minutes sitting idle the mouse does indeed shut itself into sleep mode and you just need to click to wake it back up.
