The current remote only has 4 separate buttons controlling the back and foot rest?** A: My chair also had four buttons. The two additional buttons allow me to simultaneously move the back and foot rest together. **Q: my neighbor has a power lift chair with heat and massage that needs a complete set of wiring harness that works once in a while that is defective.** A: This will not work for heat and or massage **Q: Will this control the adjustable headrest also** A: Yes the buttons on the right control the head rest(back of chair) the buttons on left side control the foot rest. If you press the middle buttons everything goes up or everything goes down. Great replacement for Golden Chairs **Q: Can anyone recommend a controller that is wired differently than this one? This one works only my footrest. Right buttons do nothing on my recliner.** A: I have the same issue. 5 pin plug on sectional recliner. According to this site, it should work the head and footrest. However it only operates the foot rest.
