Excellent onion and unique herbal flavor without being contaminated or overwhelmed with garlic. I use them as is or warmed in my toaster oven. I have found nothing of this quality and distinctness even at Whole Foods and Trader Joe's.From late October to early April when the weather is cool, I intend to order these monthly and also try their other varieties. I have not been this excited about a food product in many moons.
