**Q: can it be used on auto painted surfaces?**
A: I don't think so. The can says auto trim and chrome. The info on the can says all metals, but I don't think I would use it on auto body paint. I did not like it for silverware. What it is is a big mass of cotton soaked with some kind of cleaner. You pull off a wad and that's what you use. I think there are polishes that are much easier and more effective to use.

**Q: I have wrought iron railings on my stairs in the house.  Will this product help to clean and polish??**
A: I have only ever used this on chrome so I don't know about wrought iron but I can tell you that it works very well on the chrome and has removed a lot of old burned on stuff on my stove top without scratching the surface.

**Q: I have polished nickel fixtures in my bathroom--that's different than nickel. Is it safe for that?**
A: Nevrdull doesn’t work on polished nickel, i also have polished nickel fixtures in my bath, and Simichrome does an incredible, beautiful job, the only thing out of all products I’ve tried.  Guaranteed   You will be relieved, it removes nickel oxidation perfectly. Enjoy.

**Q: Hi guys. Can i use this on my black rims?**
A: Probably.  It is a very mild but effective polish. Try a small test spot first.
