I turned off my phone Bluetooth and problem solved; Had nothing to do with this device.I did pair it with a set of z-wave outlet controls so that it is not constantly on; I created a routine with Yonomi to power it on and off as a part of my home theater routine. (Including the lights, screen, av equipment and settings, and window blinds)I did reach out to support via email for questions and always got a quick response. They did tell me that this device should be a stand alone - operating more than one of their 2.4 speaker adapters will create interference. I am still waiting for a response to my most recent queations, but overall thry habe been very responsive.Would absolutely recommend. I can safely say that as a Prime power user for years this has been my most satisfying purchase in all regards.One note - while the 800 can power four of these - it can handle only four speakers overall - and each of these can handle a pair of speakers. So you can use only one to drive two speakers if the line can reach both of them; if not then you can have a dedicated receiver for each speaker. I didn’t know this when I bought four of these and ended up returning two. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works great with my powered subwoofer *by S***C on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on March 30, 2020* I ordered 1 of these for my powered subwoofer and 2 model 880s for my surround speakers. As mentioned in one of the other reviews, I picked up a rca to 3.5mm adapter in order to connect my subwoofer into the transmitter.While I had a slight hiccup with one of my model 880s, this 800 model has allowed me to move my subwoofer into a different corner of my living room and has my viewing experience sounding great! I've had no problems with this model so far. I live in Philadelphia which I feel should be mentioned as I've seen some comments about needing to live in a rural area for these things to be useful. My speakers/sub are about 14 feet away from the transmitter.As I mentioned in my review of the 880s, I think the construction of these things could be better/smaller. I'd much rather see this item priced at $30-$40 but overall I'm happy with this purchase. ### ⭐ Too good to be true *by L***A on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on May 3, 2018* I purchased the transmitter along with an 800 Receiver and two 880 receivers so I could avoid running speaker wire across two doorways. The concept sounds amazing, but the reality is that the equipment doesn't work as described when you live in an area where there are other wireless networks. When I hooked the equipment up, the speakers had a high-pitched buzz and the music kept dropping out. I consulted the troubleshooting guide and slowly worked my way through all of the recommended fixes. I relocated the equipment, I added surge protectors, I moved my wireless network to a different band (which slowed down my network and caused problems with the rest of my wireless equipment that took some time to resolve). I upgraded all of the speaker wire and re configured my stereo setup. But none of these fixed the problem, so I called Amphony technical support. When I described the situation and all of the actions I had already taken, the tech support guy said it sounds like the equipment is working as expected and that because I live in a high-rise in the middle of a densely populated city, there is just too much interference for this equipment to work. Unfortunately, by the time I got through all of the troubleshooting and equipment configuration, I was already past the 30 day return window. Amphony told me that no customer would want to purchase equipment that had already been in use by another customer for over 30 days. I honestly had to laugh at that. The equipment is cheap plastic like something you would buy at Radio Shack for $15 and the speajker wire they send is low quality. I'm out $300 and doubt I'll be able to sell this equipment on eBay. I'm sure Amphony was just glad to make the sale and it doesn't surprise me they don't want their equipment back.
