Review: Love it! - I just purchased this item and I love love love it. My kids love baking and these easy to use silicone pans make cleaning up less stressful. I must admit that at first I was nervous about the durability of the pans especially because they aren't stable like the traditional aluminum baking pans. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the beauty of the pans is because they are nothing like the traditional pans. I was able to pop the cupcakes out without worrying about messing up the form etc. No need for scraping, and it was very easy to wash. There also was no need to "grease" the pans or soak them. Review: Great set! - Just bought this little set and we love it. So far, I have used the loaf pan to make a banana chocolate chip bread and the cake pan to make some homemade almond joy and they both work perfectly. The almond joys are generally very sticky so it is great that I just put it in the pan and could work with it on the counter, put it in the freezer to set, and then store it in the fridge without having to treat the pan. I love the handles since it provides a very sturdy platform to hang onto. You do have to have these on a flat surface to fill them, there is no balancing them haphazardly on a burner if you are short on space since silicone is obviously flimsy, but this is a great set if you don't want to have to oil everything.

**Q: Is this pan 100 % food grade silicone so that when you fold it there is no white in the crease?**
A: The best I can tell you is that no matter how I fold and mangle this pan, I see no white and it returns to its original shape no worse for wear. I have no knowledge of the manufacturing to be able to state 100% food grade. I have used it quite a bit with no noticeable impact on the food or change in color of the pan.

**Q: Ad says the pan is square but dimensions say others. Which is it? I'm looking for a square dish.**
A: It is a square dish, 8.5 * 8.5 inches

**Q: Is this microwave safe?**
A: I wouldn't use it in the microwave.  I'm sure the silicone would be fine, but it has a heavy metal rim, and metal doesn't belong in the microwave.

**Q: Does this pan pass the pinch test, showing no white where pinched, to prove it has no plastic fillers?**
A: I don't usually go around pinching my bread pans so I don't know about that.(LOL!!) I DO know it is a really nice bread pan and your bread pops right out without sticking. I love this pan, it's the best one I have ever used.

Just bought this little set and we love it. So far, I have used the loaf pan to make a banana chocolate chip bread and the cake pan to make some homemade almond joy and they both work perfectly. This is a great product if you are looking for a silicone mold with some added support. They are still a bit flimsy because they are made of silicone, but it is mitigated as much as possible by this design at this price. I am completely satisfied. It's easy to clean, and things dont stick. What more could you want?
