They can be used effectively for safety and fun and are easily rechargeable. The color ones are thw best. My kid loves them and I love them. One can choose a color to stay on or allow the colors to cycle through. Qe brought them to thw fireworks and used them for our own display before and after the diaplay and as lanterns when we were coming and going, as well as for safety walking in dark streets.
