I got the 4 first and it felt too tight. This brand seems to be made for tall thin people. I ordered the 5 and then had to shorten it ALOT but it fits well now. I even had to shorten the sleeves and the length of the jacket. For reference I carry my weigh tin my middle and am top heavy so I wanted the jacket to close well.
