**Q: what happens when you stop using?  does fat return**
A: Remember the premise of this product: its part of the solution to boost the fat burn process, its not magic its not gonna make you loose tons of fat on a week, plus and very important, you can be training 22 hours a day, but if you do not eat healthy or have a diet according your body type, it wont work at all.Its all about efficiency and this product its great for that! You wanna know if fat will return, Im gonna say, after you work so hard, are u going to let that happen???Six pack are made in the kitchen, so NO, fat wont come back if you stop using, keep training and eat healthy 24/7.

**Q: Does this cream work for thighs and arms? Thanks!**
A: Yes, you can apply it anywhere you want fat to burn. (Arms, legs, thighs, stomach) best when used with wraps although my favorite it the stomach wrap. I find it hard to workout with the arm and thigh wraps.

**Q: Does it work without the belt?**
A: Yes it does. Sometimes I forget my belt at the house but I still apply the ointment and within 15 minutes of my workout I am sweating more than I would if I didn't use sweet sweat . I like to use it in the steam room or sauna as well.
