Installation was fairly easy, but it still took me about an hour, since I had to check and triple check each step. The switch works fine, and it even feels a bit more solid than the original one. Review: This went into my girlfriends friends car. Had to remove door panel and figure out the metal bracket but installed cleanly. Its been a week a or 2 since she has been over but just said "it made such a big difference to have working windows again". She loves her little KIA again. I just hope it holds up because I don't want to have to change it out again.
