Easily adjustable...some may not like that adjustments don't have clicks, but I like that it has finer tuning capability than one MOA clicks...I don't see that I will ever adjusting for windage or drop for specific shots, so the more analog adjustment allows me to fine-tune to exactly where I want it calibrated. Review: Completed My Glock 48 Cow - Having gotten my first Glock with a MOS slide, I needed to get an appropriate optics to seal the deal. This was the one that would be compatible out of the box and worked without issue. Was able to install directly without any mods or plates, and used a bore sighter to site the red dot at 25 yards. After about 50 rounds, the light was starting to get very dim. I was not sure if this was a bad battery or the auto light adjust function as these shots were done at night time. Next day in the day, the light returned and no more issues. Shot another 150 rounds and the sight had gotten loose. Enough to were it was able to wiggle. Learned my lesson, be sure to use loctite BLUE on your screws! You do not need to turn it on or off. It operates basically the same as the CTS-1500 and CTS-1550. The CTS-1500 is the model that comes with the Springfield XD-S Mod 2 OSP if you wish to purchase it already with the factory supplied red dot. There is no off switch. The cover allows it to dim to it's lowest brightness to conserve battery life. The Rad Micro Pro on the other hand will shut off automatically after a period of being totally still and features shake to awake so as soon as you pick it up the red dot turns on. It's a neat option but, not worth and extra $100.00. The two are basically identical except for the shake to awake feature. I still have my CTS-1500 on my Springfield going on 9 months and have not changed the battery at all yet. It also features always on and, auto light adjustment and I shoot a great deal more than most. I'm an instructor so I'm shooting constantly. The Springfield is also my EDC. Once the battery does finally give out, it will be the Rad Micro I plan to purchase verses the Pro. They are both excellent Micro red dots. I just can't see paying $100.00 extra or more for the shake to awake feature when the Rad Micro is the same except for shake to awake. **Q: Will this work with night vision?
