It's a real 3-in-1 T-Mobile prepaid SIM Card, but it didn't come with the activation code because I think that is typically printed on the packaging (which is inaccurately shown in the image here), so you have to call a sales rep and have them work that out with the provided SIM# and whatnot; not the end of the world.
