I contacted them to report an issue, but as soon as it became clear to them that it might cost them a couple dollars to resolve the issue, I never heard another word from them. They just completely stopped responding, and ignored further emails. It really wasn't even a big problem, but their willingness to completely stop responding is unacceptable. I'd be less unhappy if they had called me a liar or something like that. One star - product (and more importantly, company) not recommended.ORIGINAL 5 STAR REVIEW: My New Favorite Flashlight (And That's Saying Something)I admit it: I have a flashlight problem. I own more flashlights than I can remember - I can see 8 from where I'm sitting right now. So when I say this is my new favorite flashlight, please don't take that lightly.For the past few years, my go-to light has been the excellent  TerraLUX LightStar220  - one of the highest-rated flashlights on Amazon. Sure, you can get better flashlights for $100, but in the $20-25 range, it's an excellent light to stash around the house for whenever you may need it. With only a $1 difference in price, it seemed like an appropriate light to test this new AKSOR against. I wasn't expecting it to be the blowout that it was.Both flashlights are very bright. One of my favorite things about the LightStar has always been showing it to people who have only ever used cheapo flashlights, and letting them see the beam at night, or spotlighting a tree from 1/4 mile away. The AKSOR, though, is much brighter. It's rated at 5x as many lumens, and while I'm not sure it's quite that much, it's definitely 3-4x brighter.As far as features go, the AKSOR has more. It has an adjustable beam, and three brightnesses, a strobe setting, and an SOS setting. The LightStar two brightnesses, and nothing else. The AKSOR is also rechargeable with its built-in microUSB port. This is huge for me. The port is sealed up the same way the battery and internals are (inside a protected area, sealed by an O-ring), so I have no concerns about getting water, dirt, or trash in it.Size is where the LightStar catches up a little. Both flashlights are 6" long, but the LightStar is ~3/4" in diameter from end to end. The AKSOR is 1" diameter at the back end, and 1.5" at the front. Then again, for the increased brightness and larger battery, some increase in size will, of course, be required.The only things I can't comment on at this point are the longevity of the battery, and of the flashlight itself. I haven't seen anything to make me think the battery isn't going to last a long time - performance so far has been good. And the build seems to be as heavy duty as any other light I've ever used, so I don't see it falling apart on me anytime soon. I'll be sure to update if I run into any problems.I've attached two pictures comparing these flashlights. One is the AKSOR at its tightest beam, and the second is when it's at its widest. Please note that the camera is incapable of doing justice to the difference in brightness between the two - both produce lights bright enough (compared to their surroundings) to fool the camera into thinking both are pure whiteness. In reality, the difference between the two is much more distinct. You can see in the second picture that even when it's spread out at its widest beam, the AKSOR's light is still brighter in every area than the LightStar's is in its most concentrated area. Zoom, by pulling out on the front of the housing, results in a smaller hot-spot with surrounding halos that are just as wide as the wide beam. And the wide beam is not as wide as other flashlights I have. I do like the integral micro-usb port easily accessed by twisting the rear of the housing - that feature works good.
