On clean nails, I apply 2 coats on day one, 1 coat on days two and three and 1 coat on day 5..all on top of the previous layer. By day 7, there's a pretty thick layer that starts to peel up, which is perfect because I just pull whole layer off in one piece. No need to use nail polish remover ever. I let them air out on Day 7 with heavy nail moisturizer (Hard As Hoof). Then start it all over again the next day! Im on my 2nd bottle now and just ordered 3 more. My nails would split in layers whenever they got just a tiny bit long. And they were so soft they'd just tear.
