I use them on my BungyPump Walkathlon fitness poles and my husband uses them on his Montem Trekking poles. I wore the tips off my fitness poles quickly and replaced them with this tip and it works great on my poles and is holding up better than the original tips. I use my poles for both fitness walking and for hiking in the mountains. I prefer to have the tip for both asphalt walking (exercising) and for the stability of walking on uneven ground and rocks and up and down hills due to bad knees. I feel I can move quicker and more independently with both the poles and this tip on it.
