The Mora's are made in Sweden but i cant find the country of orgin for the fin bear** A: As I understand all the steel is shipped from Cold Steel California to Taiwan were they are made being then stamped on their blades as being made in Taiwan. These are a great value as are my favorite any Mora. **Q: Does this item have a good spine for sparking ferro or do I need to file it?** A: I think it's a good camp knife that clips on your belt or day pack easily. I never tried it on a ferro rod. But the blade is stainless steel.
