Didn't think to replace the existing padding until 2.5 years after I've had the chair.It was hard to reach under the chair to remove the old foam due to the location of it on the chair and the glue holding it down. I kept grabbing at foam until most of it was out, gave it a quick wipe, and then applied the FOAMON cushion. The cushion has one double sided tape and it's a tight fit.
