I use it to carry a snubnosed revolver and it was very comfortable at first, but has really become unbearable to wear lately. But, that is more natural when carrying a revolver in an ankle holster (due to the protruding cylinder) and not really a fault in the holster. It's just something to keep in mind if that's what you're buying it for.
