That unit operated as advertised.I especially like the range on this collar and the fact that you can instant choose whether you are using sound, vibration or electrical shock. That is important if the dog is running into a dangerous situation (bolting across a street) and needs to be stopped immediately.Many of the other collars require going into a "Mode" feature and clicking through until you may select the electrical shock setting. By that time, a pet may be injured or killed so time is of the essence here.The other important feature to me is that it is waterproof, not water resistant. My dog loves to swim and this waterproof feature adds another level of safety if the pet is headed in the wrong direction to exit a pond, lake or pool with a high bank.
