I even tried blowing the excess moister out of the hoses using my nebulizer machine. Enter the online filter. It captures the excess moister and allows you to keep humidification( no more bloody noses) and yet keeps you from getting a nose full of water unexpectedly. Now it’s a simple emptying of the inline filter as the excess water collects and we’re good for another 24 hours. Everyone should be told about this product. That’s for AI in finding it when I did a search on too much water in oxygen tubing. You should have to forgo humidification just because if water backup. Exactly what I needed *by K***M on November 14, 2025* These fit very snugly onto my oxygen tubing, and do exactly what I wanted: trap water before it gets to the cannula. A couple times the trap has gotten pretty full of water, but that's not usually the case. Reviewers with different setups had different results. For reference, my concentrator is in the basement, the 40-50 foot tubing reaches my 2nd-floor bedroom due to an open floorplan, and the trap is installed just before the cannula.
