I am 58 years old and I get my blood vitamin levels checked every five years. This last time around I was low in vitamin D. This was surprising since I live in Florida And work outside part time. Best Vitamin D I’ve ever taken. I live in Florida and work/play outside 8-10 hours per day, 7 days per week.
