I've tried the L shape, the ball, hoops, and they all fall out when I sleep or when I shower. It was starting to put a dent in my wallet constantly replacing my nose ring.So I know these are not meant to be for nose piercings, but they work! I love how dainty the jewel is, and it's fantastic for the price. Best part, I haven't had to replace it yet. The "internally threaded" design really keeps it intact and I no longer lose my nose ring on a daily basis. It does come loose and will unscrew a little, but I am always able to spot it before it completely comes undone.My only issue with this, and it doesn't have anything to do with the design, is how difficult it is to put on. I struggled for so long trying to put this on my nose. The jewel part is so tiny so it's really hard trying to grab a grip of it and screw it in.
