Ugly shirt, thought it would be easy plain tshirt, it’s not. **Q: What is the difference in length between a petite small and reg. small?** A: I can tell you the petite large is approximately 24” from the top of the tank to the bottom. I bought bigger as I don’t like this type of top tight. It lays about 2.5-3” below hip bone. Nicely Made and fabric is good. Hope this helps somewhat despite not answering your specific question. Don’t know answer to that. **Q: My bust is a 44. Would an XL fit comfortably?** A: The size is very accurate for me. I am a 38 and he large fits well. So I think XL might be snug for 44 **Q: Does it shrink?** A: Yes, it’s 100% cotton…mine shrunk a little bit throughout and at least a 1/2 in in length. I washed it on cold and dried it on low for about 15 minutes just to get the moisture out. Air dried the rest. If it didn’t shrink then I could stick with a petite size but because of trunk I ordered a few more in the regular size. Very well made for the price too. To my disappointment, all the items were a good two sizes too large for me, especially in the chest and arms. (I am small breasted and slender). I would still recommend this clothing line to fuller figured gals because of the quality and price. In fact I may purchase a few items for friends. The armholes are big, showing my bra band, so I wouldn’t necessarily wear it alone. I was thinking of exchanging for a Medium, but I don’t want it to hug my body.
