I struggle with pillows being too high and making my neck tip funny when I’m sleeping. I bought this pillow with high hopes, expecting to clip it to my current pillow for neck support, but that didn’t work for me either. It was still tilting my head in a painful way. I decided to try sleeping just on the neck hero, without it clipped to my pillow, and I have never looked back. It’s been the perfect amount of support and comfort for me! I take it when I travel and the one time I forgot to take it was awful. I ended up putting the hotel pillows on the ground and sleeping on a rolled up sweatshirt, trying desperately to mimic the same shape of this pillow. I got the medium firmness pillow directly from the company in January 2021 and I just now replaced it with a new one.
