**Q: Is Tv Ears endeavoring to fix the discomfort thatl;most all reviews report?**
A: When I talked to a representative from TV Ears I was led to believe that the problem was mine and they didn't have any help for me. I am discouraged than I spent that much money for a product that has never worked.

**Q: I bought a set of tv ears,  they worked the first time i used but have not worked since.  we checked all connections.  the are solid.  what can i do?**
A: The battery might not be re-charging properly.
Make sure the head phones volume control dial is set to OFF before attempting re-charge.
Make sure head phones are placed facing the right direction in the charger.
I had no problems once I got re-charging straight.   Good luck

**Q: do you get the pwer cord with the headset?**
A: You get a power cord and a cord that connects to your TV if you purchase the charger base and headset.  I do not know if you receive a power cord with just headset.

**Q: Do you need to get two separate systems in order to use them with TVs in two separate rooms?**
A: Yes you would.  You need the receiver (the base) for each unit.  I have gotten around this by just moving the unit to a different room.

I have used a TV Ears Digital system for several years. Aside from a miserable process of replacing the battery in the headset, it worked well. However, it finally gave out and I bought the new version of what I thought was the same thing. I have an ordinary television set with cable and DVR. I installed the new system the same way I did the previous one, but when I listened to it I heard a delay between the TV Ears signal to my head phones and sound from the television. It worked fine with the mute on, but my wife might object to the lack of sound. It was unusable. When I finally got through to a tech person (they aren't in their office on week ends), he suggested a work-around with my television, but my roughly seven years old Panasonic lacked the proper setting ability. He then asked if I had bought it from Amazon (yes) and intimated that the Amazon version was inferior to one that I could have bought directly from TV Ears! Also, every time I turn on the television I get electronic gibberish through the head phone. This is corrected by pulling the power source and re-attaching it or doing the same thing with the fiber optic cable from the television to the TV Ears device. I have no desire to go through that routine every time I want to watch television. Was this Amazon's fault also? This is not an inexpensive device and it ought to work after making a few simple connections with little fuss. I will return it.
