Update: I emailed Blu track and Amy got right back with me. She had me send her the below pictures and again, very prompt she got back with me is sending me a new track. It had concrete type scratches on back, missing suction cup and cars and stunt pack were in a kitchen ziplock bag. My grandson was so excited to get it so I kept it. Great product. Highly recommend.
