Its super easy toSet up, climb, and sit in. Im about 18 feet up in it right now and i couldnt feel more safe. I weight about 240 with about 20 pounds of gear. As for treestands go, i would imagine any extra room is not only hard to come by, but will make handleing and climbing that much more difficult. That being said, i have room to stand, sit and even turn around. Thats more then i could ask for. The harness gets bad reviews for good reason. Its not the easiest to get used to, but after fiddling around with it for about an hour and putting it on before i even left my house, its not all that bad and easy to get used too. The stand is perfect as it is, but the one mod i will make is to add a large carabiner or two to attach my backpack, bow and my coat to if need be. Ohhh. And cut the tags off the seat. They make crumbling sounds. I highly recommend this stand...
