I'd like to add, this is well made, the feathers are NOT plastic and don't fall out everywhere. Does it come with a strap?** A: It does not come with a strap. I have always used ostrich feather dusters. To prevent crushing or getting lop-sided, I store handle down in a container that is at least that tall to keep feathers fluffed rather than laying it down. It is easy storage and easy to acclimate to. **Q: Have you washed it? Results? (Ad says can wet wash it, I've read elsewhere that removes natural oils & ruins it)** A: I have not washed it!! I shake it out.
