Review: Nice picks. small and stiff - I have a tool that allows me to make my own picks. I do not use it very much unless a friend wants a hand full of small picks, at no cost. These picks have the same issue. They are very small, a little slippery and in between a standard medium and a stiff. I ordered a pick holder from desertcart, so I think these will come in handy when I need a pick a tad bit stiffer then a standard medium.
Review: I really like this pick - I really like this pick. It has a real musical quality to the pick attack that is smoother to my ears. Not as bright as the Nylpro and Dunlop Jazz III stiffo picks. The one thing that is REALLY noticeable with this pick is how easily they glide across the strings. I can pick faster, cleaner, and with more dynamic range with this pick than I can any other pick. I have used the black Dunlop Jazz IIIs for at least the last 12 years until I tried this one out. I like the the way this pick just as much. The pick attack sounds better for Jazz and progressive rock (to my ears) as I prefer a smoother, warmer, attack. The Jazz IIIs I prefer for Hard Rock and Metal as they have a sharper attack.

**Q: the description said they are heavy at 1.00 mm, but i currently have ones that are heavy at 1.10mm, did they change there product or is this a mistak?**
A: Heavy Black Ice is always 1.10mm thickness...they must have made a typo.

**Q: does extra heavy have beveled edges or is it like tortex at this point?**
A: These are jazz picks (I don't use them for jazz) and they do have the beveled edges. I play mostly heavier rock and these picks are awesome for that style. They are smaller than your typical pick and I find it much easier for heavy strumming and leads...especially if you like using pinch harmonics.

**Q: Is it jazz 3 size pick ?**
A: Yes, same size,  Thinner and different material though.  This is more like a tortex rather than the hard plastic.  Thanks.  Jack / Jax Music Supply

**Q: Are they bendy picks or are they resistant? Im looking for a cross functional pick that does Periphery/Alter Bridge**
A: These picks get stiff ~1mm...heavy as I recall.Great picks period, and they last so long that I usually loose them before they die.

I have a tool that allows me to make my own picks. I do not use it very much unless a friend wants a hand full of small picks, at no cost. These picks have the same issue. They are very small, a little slippery and in between a standard medium and a stiff. I really like this pick. It has a real musical quality to the pick attack that is smoother to my ears. Not as bright as the Nylpro and Dunlop Jazz III stiffo picks. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Better Than the Jazz III

I used Jazz III picks for years. I got one of these picks in a Dunlop variety pack and loved it. I am still using this bag of picks today. They are very durable. The grip is really good as well. The heat from your hand makes them stick in place, even with sweaty hands under the stage lights. They have an almost satin feel to them that I really like as well.
