Sorry if above was not helpful enough. **Q: Roughly what is the biggest o.d cable fits into this thing?** A: The Cable size is the opening minus the Blade depth. About 1.5 to 1.75 Inch, also depending upon the cable hardness. I liked using this tool once I was used to operating it properly. Setting the Blade depth can be tricky without any scrap to test with.
