My son is getting the phone for Christmas and I think he will like it and it loks nice and seems sturdy. There is kind of a softer rubbery inside, and then the outside is harder material. Seems like a nice shock-absorbing quality in such a thin case. Feels nice in the hand, is not slippery. The only thing that I wasn't expecting that for the Lg Destiny, anyway, there is one weird cut out that is not needed and its right on the corner. I don't think that will leave that corner vulnerable, but I'm not sure...if its dropped just right....???? In the picture, I thought it was a flash glare or shine. Anyway, the rest of the cutouts are perfect. If I think of it, I'll they to take a picture the next time I'm sorting the gifts.
