The 14-1 pin connector is a 15 pin connector with one pin blocked so you can only plug it in one direction on the motherboard. If it does then you do not need this module, you can activate TPM in the BIOS Settings. This module works in my Asus TUF Gaming X570-Plus (Wi-Fi) Motherboard. After I purchased this TPM Module, Asus came out with a patch in their BIOS update that activated the TPM on my Ryzen 5 3600 Processor.
