Review: LOVE IT!! - So I bought the TC1 gel and belt to enhance my workout. I have used other remedies like coconut oil and some other gel that I can't remember the name of at the moment... but anywho they both made me sweat but I was looking for more. I wanted to feel heat. So I found this product and I have to tell you I have only used it one time and IT WORKS!!! The harder I worked out the HOTTER IT GOT! I mean by the end of my workout I felt like I had put on a heating pad on HIGH. So after I was done with my workout I peeled off my layers (I always work out in a hoodie) I was drenched in sweat. So I bought the TC1 gel and belt to enhance my workout. I love this product. I bought it to not lose weight but to tone and trim and build muscle. Honestly the gel is absolutely amazing it heats up as I work out harder and makes me go harder and that's why I use it. A lot of comments online say it burns it hurts... I have VERY sensitive skin and it doesn't hurt... For females looking to buy it the "burn" is more like a tanning tingler . It's not to intense the more warmth you want the more gel you apply. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I mean the people dogging anyone wanting to try to just better themselves should probably just let them buy it and see. This product may "only make you lose water weight" but it also makes you have a great workout because I feel like it pushes me to do more. Also YES you have to diet with this! It's not a miracle worker but it is a great product and advise anyone looking to buy it for toning triming or lose maybe 5-15 pounds 🤷🏻‍♀️
